Based in Houston, John will lead the firm’s North American operations while working closely with Agnostic’s European leadership to scale platform investments across both sides of the Atlantic – with a particular focus on energy, defense, financial services, telecommunications, and AI-enabled infrastructure.

With a career spanning over two decades at the forefront of national security, industrial innovation, and energy transformation, Santo Salvo brings an exceptional leadership record. As a U.S. Navy Commander, he led global supply chains for the F/A-18 Super Hornet program, oversaw a $550M aviation inventory and fuel infrastructure, and directed critical logistics operations during Operation Iraqi Freedom. In the private sector, he held top executive roles at GE Power, Siemens Energy, Sunnova, and Dresser-Rand, where he was responsible for multi-billion-dollar programs, global technical services, and major operational turnarounds across international teams.
